7,800+ Beer Brands Free App Reviews

The database is large, but type one letter and it bogs down searching for every beer with that letter. Stupid!! Slow!! And dont make a typo or your screwed. And you cant add any simple notes or rating when you make something a favorite.

This has the potential to be an awesome app. But, despite the huge database many major microbrews are completely missing, and the long lag time for searching is tedious and annoying at best. Two stars is very generous and mainly for the idea. Not a keeper.

Didnt do what I wanted - ABV missing for everything I looked at. Im a Brit in the US and am amazed that there are all those health warnings on your beer bottles yet no clue about how much alcohol is actually in them! Add ABV figures to all the beers in your database in it would be worth a 4 star review - make the search process faster for 5.

As others have said, this app started with a good idea, but needs a lot of work. There are a lot of obscure beers (good), but Ive noticed its difficult to find even some better known microbrews here in the US (bad). Its a great tool for pairing with food (good), but it would be better if it allowed user ratings. One thing that REALLY irks me about this app is that you cant sort beers by brewery - it would be much more user friendly if you could see all associated beers for each maker. I rarely use this app - better to just use Beer Advocate online.

Even though this seems to be a very extensive list of beers, I couldnt find a few of my favorites (none of which are obscure brands either). For example: Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA, Leinenkugels Summer Shandy, Summer Honey Wheat Ale, Pale Moon, etc.

At first seems like a thorough list but it isnt. Lots missing and very slow. Downloaded and deleted

Tested on a beer I have in my non-typing hand right now. Nothing. Not anything that outlandish either, Terrapin Hopsecutioner IPA purchased at Publix. Deleted.

this apps is super slow and missing a lot of beers. would be nice if you could add in ones not included.

I thought this would be good to just learn a little more about certain beer, but it takes so long to load anything I havent got the time to try. No matter how great the app, if it doesnt load its worthless.

Some very significant microbreweries are missing yet in In Bev products are right there on the front screen. Who needs to go to an app like this to go find Budweiser. Give me a break.

Why have an app that lists a random amount of beer. I want to know the details of it.

Missing some very good beers, and no way to add them.

Feels like AB made this app, considering all their beers are "favorites" when it loads. The other beers are limited and missing some incredibly good beers. Regardless, the data is too basic to help. There is no description or review.

Annoyingly slow. And the list doesnt have descriptions of any of the beers I looked up. I deleted it.

Cant add beers its missing (and theres a lot) and the database is a mess. Plus the fact that Budweiser is listed as a default favorite makes me question the credibility right off the bat. Slow, too.

there are plenty of beers in the list, but poor info and deplorable performance. runs like a dial up website from 1995. Id look elsewhere.

Freezes frequently and takes too long to load menus and screens (10-20 seconds). Active search is slow and causes crashes. UI is horrible and confusing to organize and utilize. Very generic style and no customization available. Look elsewhere. Passable library of beer but many common brands missing.

Nothing here to see. Bad app. Slow, missing tons, no pics, app hiccups often.

Great idea, poorly executed. Loads of generic information repeated numerous times with a multitude of gaps. Largely worthless
